About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie!

A decade ago, I discovered Naturopathic Medicine. A profession that is a

complex blend between doctors, researchers and therapists. A perfect profession for someone who has always loved learning and researching.

I liked that we get to spend more time with patients. We can discuss freely, listen intently and dig deeper. We get to hear your stories, your medical history, and your current concerns. We get to treat from the inside out.

When I had my son, I became passionate about peri-natal care. I love caring for moms as they navigate pregnancy, birth and most importantly, postpartum. My passion lies in fertility counselling, birth and labour support, breastfeeding support and postpartum recovery. As a mom, I know how tough this job is, and how much support we really need. So that’s why I’m here.

This is why I love what I do, and why I am honoured to be your Naturopathic Doctor.

I love what I do. I know the tremendous impact that naturopathy can have. I know how small adjustments can be life changing, and how the simple act of being listened to can be therapeutic.

My qualifications

I have an Honours degree in BioMedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. I then have a 4 year Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I am a licensed and board certified Naturopathic Doctor. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and in good standing with all regulatory boards. I am certified in acupuncture and have prescription rights in Ontario for Bioidentical Hormones, Dessicated Thyroid and Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D injections.
