Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie!

I’m a mom of 2 boys (and 2 golden retrievers!) While I love my job, my boys are a big part of why I do my job.

When I had my boys, I became more passionate about women’s health. I love caring for moms as they navigate pregnancy, birth and most importantly, postpartum. My passion lies in fertility support, postpartum and peri-menopause support. As a woman and mom, I know how tough it can be, and how much support we really need. So that’s why I’m here. I take care of you so you can take care of your families.

 
 

My qualifications

I have an Honours degree in BioMedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. I then have a 4 year Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I am a licensed and board certified Naturopathic Doctor. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and in good standing with all regulatory boards. I am certified in acupuncture, IV therapy and have prescription rights in Ontario for Hormone Replacement Therapy, Dessicated Thyroid and Vitamin injections.
